Abstract

There is an interesting phenomena recently that the demand of umroh serviceincreases significantly. This increase is caused by the waiting list for Hajj departure which has to wait for a few years later to take place. This makes the society to take an alternative umroh first which doesn't have to wait for too long.This research aims to find out the effect of umroh package price, inflation rate and rupiah exchange for dollar towards Surabaya umroh service demand during 2011-2013 period. This research uses quantitative approach method and multiple linear regression analysis.The result shows that the umroh packageprice, inflation rate, and rupiah exchange for dollar variables simultaneously do not have significant effect towards Surabaya umroh service demand during 2011-2013 period. For addition, simultaneously the umroh package price, inflation rate, and exchange rate variables give negative effect towards Surabaya umroh service demand during 2011-2013 period.Umroh service bureaus especially those which reside in Surabaya need to maintain and improve their performances well in order to provide satisfaction and loyalty of the jamaah to increase the demand of umroh service. REFERENCES Fakhrudin. 2008. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the significant effect of the variables current ration and net profit margin partially and simultaneously to the return of sharia stock on mining companies that were listed on Jakarta Islamic Index period 2008-2012). The approach that is used is multiple regression analysis technique with two variables current ratio and net profit margin as exogenous variable and return of stock as endogenous variable. The companies that are used for this research are Adaro Energy Tbk, Aneka Tambang Tbk,Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk, Bumi Resource Tbk, Elnusa Tbk, Energi Mega Persada Tbk, Harum Energy Tbk, Vale Indonesia Tbk, Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk, Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk, Timah Tbk. The data that is used is a secondary data. All data are gathered from the annual financial report of the period 2008-2012.The result is current ratio and net profit margin are insignificant neither partially nor simultaneously to the return of stock.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of integrated marketing communication which consist of advertising, public relation, direct marketing, and personal selling to muzakki’s intention paying zakah, infaq, shadaqah funds at Nurul Hayat Foundation Branch Tuban. Primary data of this research is taken by questionnaires with samples are 98 respondent is taken by simple random sampling. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regresion analysis.The result of this research showed that integrated marketing communication(advertising, public relation, direct marketing, and personal selling) simultaneously influence muzakki’s intention. While partially, only two variables that are advertising and public relation have influence to muzakki’s intention. And exogenous variables which is the most dominant influence endogenous is public relation.Nurul Hayat Foundation branch Tuban should give more attention to each kind ofintegrated marketing communication, especially personal selling. Beside that, they should give more motivation and training for their employees which work as zakah advisor. For further research, it can be research about marketing mix is done by a kind of the other institution, with the result that will find out more extensive research about factors that influence muzakki pay or distribute zakah, infaq, shadaqah funds at zakah institution. REFERENCES Adisaputro, Gunawan. 2010. Abstract

This study aims to determine the theoretical and practical application of murabahah about how the application by the Muamalat Bank branches of Darmo Surabaya.Methods of research of This study used a qualitative approach with the case study methods and descriptive analyzes. Then the researchers took the data in PT Bank Muamalat with some informants to be interviewed in depth, observed, and the data validated by triangulation methode.These results indicate that the implementation of the bank Muamalat Murabahahdarmo Surabaya branch office in according with the contained in the fatwa of murabahah which stated selling price to the buyer, then the flow of murabahah transaction can not be implemented in accordance with the provisions contained in fatwa because the field of business in Indonesia is still limited, it is not appropriate , next is the method in recognizing income / margin in the murabahah using the annuity method so that implementation of Muamalat bank financing is suitable with the fatwa number 84. REFERENCESAntonio, M Syafi’i. 2008. Abstract

Basically the quality of human resources that owned by BMH employees branch of Surabaya is different. Islamic working environment would be a little more influence their motives in the work so that in the end the result is within their Islamic work ethic with Islamic values will be shown. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of their human resources employees of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah branch of Surabayaagainst the Islamic work ethic.Is Islamic work ethic assessment results are influenced by the quality of human resources in the work.In carrying out this study the authors used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis model. The samples in this study were all employees of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah branch of Surabaya obtained saturation sampling method. Under this method obtained 42 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires human resource quality and work ethic of Islam to employees. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources affect the work ethic of employees Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Islamic Branch of Surabaya.
